Some of you may have noticed I have been MIA for a bit. This has happened in the past for different reasons each time.
This time, it’s because I have let my mental health decline so much that my everyday life is an absolute dumpster fire.
I have reached a point of self sabotage that has left me in shambles. Unable to determine what the next best move is and how to get myself back on track.
I know my absolute first step is getting back into regularly scheduled therapy. Which I have already begun to do.
The benefits talk therapy has on my everyday life alone is absolutely worth the investment. Plus, I tend to have more ups than downs when actively in therapy.
There are so many drafts sitting neglected and unedited. Just like everything else, this is one step at a time kind of thing.
So here we are, taking a step and letting ya’ll know I am still here. I am still fighting, and I am still writing.
Just like all of my missing in action post follow-ups, I’m sure there will be an influx of regular posting, so for all my email subscribers, get ready for those emails to start up again, lol.
